I'm sooo happy that in one week I'll be on Thanksgiving Vacation! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this time of year. I get to have some time off, I get to see my family and get to share the excitement of getting ready for Christmas with my nieces and nephew! (Thats the best part of it by far!)
I'm putting together the menu for Thanksgiving... I've kinda become the orgainzer of the dishes you know because sometimes more than one person in the family thinks they make the 'BEST' green bean casserole and you end up with multiple dishes of the same thing and then you are stuck eating green beans until Christmas. Which hey I like green beans as much as you :/ but not THAT much! So this made me think I wonder how other people figure out what dishes make the list and which ones do not. So here is my list so far:
Turkey and Ham
Rolls
Potato Casserole
Green bean Casserole
Broccli and Cheese Casserole
Cranberry mmmm Spice Dressing
Gravy
Pies:
Pecan Pie
Pumpkin Pie

I try to do something new every year and haven't found anything new.. Any ideas??
